Honest Movie Critics

Finally! I am finally making a stand against Hollywood. I’m tired of being told a movie is a cinematic masterpiece by a critic only to be letdown. I’m weary of seeing fantastic movie advertisements on the television only to realize the best parts of the movie were in those same said ads. No longer will I be duped and manipulated by marketers or critics. From now on I’ll be going to The Critical prior to deciding on what movie I want to watch.

The reason is simple. The critics publishing their reviews on the site, all believe in one goal – providing straight forward, no nonsense reviews of all the latest studio offerings. They haven’t been swallowed up by the establishment and vow to keep their opinions unbiased and impartial. This is fantastic news for those of us that enjoy going to the theater with friends and family. I no longer have the time to spare or the desire to make uninformed decisions. More importantly, as costs continue to rise (have you seen the price of an admission ticket or popcorn lately?), I don’t have the money to spend in a haphazard fashion.

What I also appreciate about the site is the fact that they don’t preach their opinions like gospel, they openly admit their opinions aren’t above reproach. The editors realize they are fallible and ask that all visitors express their opinions too. Did you agree with their consensus or were they completely off course; they want to know. I’ve told them that so far, each of the movies I’ve seen based off of their opinions has hit the bull’s-eye.

There’s really nothing more to say on this subject. It’s simple: before going to the movies, visit The Critical Critics. Your time spent reading their reviews prior to going out will translate into your money being well spent while out at theater. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
